About This
- Beautiful - Large premium packet of Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) seed. A versatile perennial herb with a rich history in traditional medicine. Easy to grow even in poor soil. Plants reach 4-6 feet tall and produce deeply lobed, dark green leaves with a silvery underside. Best grown in a container to contain aggressive spreading. Self-seeds easily. Minimum of 300 mg per packet (about 2700 seeds).
- Productive - Mugwort germinates in 14-21 days when soil temps are 65-70°F. Plant 1/16” deep and space 2-3’ apart in an area with full sun or partial shade. This variety will grow 2-4’ tall and will spread via rhizomes up to 6’. Plants will mature in 45-60 days, plant in USDA zones 4-8.
- Always Have Fresh Mugwort on Hand - Once established, mugwort is a long lasting and low maintenance herb that will provide many joys in your garden. Leaves can be harvested for a slightly bitter, earthy tea or seasoning. Try preserving your harvest and dry flowers or leaves for medicinal benefits.
- Easy to Grow - Instructions included on each packet. Plus, we are available to answer all your questions. If these seeds don’t germinate, we will happily make it right for you.
- Safe and Sustainable - Our operation is fully solar powered, and Sow Right Seeds has taken the Safe Seed Pledge to sell only fresh Non-GMO heirloom seeds for you and your family.
